Ingredients
- 250 g quark, or ricotta
- 1 bunch chives, cut into fine rolls
- 1 handful basil, roughly chopped
- 1 handful oregano, roughly chopped
- 0.5 ½ bunch rocket, chopped
- 1 tablespoon, heaped walnuts, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 1 tablespoon mustard, sweet
- Cayenne pepper
- salt

- Put the quark in a bowl and mix well with the two types of mustard. Squeeze the garlic and season with cayenne pepper and salt. Mix in the herbs, rocket and nuts and serve with crispy bread.
