  • 250 g trout fillet (s), smoked
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, 3-colored, freshly ground
  • 400 g cottae cheese
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 piece (s) tomato (s), dried, pickled
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Chop the basil, tomatoes and walnuts. Mix the cottage cheese with all the ingredients and squeeze the garlic.
  2. Put the cottage cheese on two plates. Drizzle the trout fillets with lemon juice, roll them in the colored pepper and arrange on top of the cottage cheese.
