- 2 slices wholemeal bread (grain bread)
- 8 medium strawberries
- 4 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon sea buckthorn pulp
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

- Briefly toast the two bread slices in the toaster. It doesn`t have to be, but it is crispier.
- Cut 4 strawberries into slices. Cut the other 4 strawberries into small pieces and puree them together with the maple syrup, sea buckthorn pulp and cinnamon with a hand blender or in a blender. Add the mush to the cream cheese and mix well. Put the cream cheese on the bread and cover with the strawberry slices.
