Ingredients
- 150 g salmon, smoked, slices as lare as possible
- 150 g cottae cheese
- 1 lemon (zest)
- 1 teaspoon pepper, green, dried, coarsely crushed
- salt
- Pepper, from the mill

- Mix the cottage cheese with the lemon zest and the green pepper well and season with salt and possibly pepper.
- Lay out the salmon slices on the work surface, fill with the cottage cheese, roll up and place on 2 plates.
- Warm toast might be enough.
- Tip: You can also serve this stuffed salmon as a starter and garnish with a little salad.
