Instructions

  1. Mix the cottage cheese with the lemon zest and the green pepper well and season with salt and possibly pepper.
  2. Lay out the salmon slices on the work surface, fill with the cottage cheese, roll up and place on 2 plates.
  3. Warm toast might be enough.
  4. Tip: You can also serve this stuffed salmon as a starter and garnish with a little salad.
