Ingredients

  • 200 g trout fillet (s), smoked
  • 2 small apples
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped horseradish, freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoon walnuts, roughly chopped

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, naturally cloudy
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing well in a bowl. Sixth the apple unpeeled, cut into thin slices and immediately add to the dressing. Cut the onion into very fine wedges and add to the apples. Mix everything well and place on 2 plates. Cut the trout fillets into large pieces and place on the apple salad. Scatter the horseradish on top and spread the walnuts on top.
