Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 6 sprigs tarragon, roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • some salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Wash the trout and pat dry, scratch the outside several times. Season the inside and outside with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
