Ingredients

  • 2 small blood orange (s)
  • 1 peach (s)
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 half banana (s)
  • 1 small Piece (s) ginger
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 1 handful nuts, seeds, desiccated coconut (whatever you like)
  • 2 glasses water

Instructions

  1. Cut everything into small pieces.
  2. Mix the red ingredients (blood orange and peach) with a small glass of water and set aside.
  3. Then mix the spinach, banana, ginger and lemon juice with water.
  4. Pour both smoothies in a bowl or large plate at the same time. Finally, garnish everything with delicious toppings and enjoy!
