Smoothie “Refreshing”

Make this refreshing drink full of vitamins.

Ingredients

  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Orange or grapefruit – 1-2 pcs.
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Kiwi – 3 pcs.
  • Fresh ginger – 2-5 g
  • Green tea – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 2-3 teaspoon
  • Water – 200 ml

Directions

  1. Peel the banana, cut it into coarse circles. Send banana slices in plastic wrap or a bag and send them to the freezer for 30 minutes to freeze. This way you won’t need to add ice to the drink.
  2. Squeeze the juice out of the citrus fruits. Peel the kiwi and apple and cut them into pieces. Boil water. Pour boiling water over the tea, add sugar and a slice of fresh ginger or a pinch of dry ginger. Strain the tea, cool it down.
  3. Add banana and citrus juice to your tea. Grind with a blender. Add apples and kiwi to the resulting mass and grind everything again with a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
