  • 150 g currants, black
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 50 g low-fat quark
  • 200 g milk (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • sugar or agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Pluck the currants from the panicles, wash and, if necessary, remove the stones by passing them through. Peel and roughly chop the banana.
  2. Mix the currant mixture, the bananas, the quark, the milk and the lime juice, season to taste and pour into glasses.
