Smoothie with Cherries and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • Cherry – 150 Grams
  • Honey – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Natural yogurt – 350 Grams
  • Bran – 1

Directions

  1. Remove the pits from the cherries and place them in a blender bowl.
  2. Add honey, cinnamon, bran.
  3. Add yogurt, beat until smooth.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
