Snack Balls with Cod Liver

Delicious and easy to prepare snack balls with cod liver. Cod liver appetizer with potatoes and cheese looks neat and very beautiful. This dish is perfect for a festive table. Take in New Year’s Eve snacks for a varied 2021 New Year’s Eve table recipes.

Ingredients

  • Canned cod liver – 1 can
  • Potatoes (cooked in their uniform) – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Small onions – 2-3 pcs.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Parsley greens – 1 bunch
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds – 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Ingredients.
  2. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater. Grate eggs on a fine grater. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the onion. Chop the greens. Mash the cod liver with a fork.
  3. Combine all ingredients, add soy sauce, mix.
  4. Fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan, stirring occasionally.
  5. Form small balls.
  6. Dip the balls in the sesame seeds. Put on a dish, garnish with herbs.
