A very tasty and original appetizer for any holiday. And also – very nicely decorates the festive table. It is also very fast. I am always helped out by a snack on crackers, and the fillings can be different.

Ingredients
Red caviar – 1 jar (140 g)
or lightly salted salmon or trout – 200 g
Cracker cookies – 1 pack (150 g)
or bread – how much will it take
Hard cheese – 200 g
Garlic – 1-2 cloves (optional)
Directions
Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
Peel and grate the garlic or crush in a garlic bowl.
Add garlic and mayonnaise to the cheese to taste. Mix well.
Put some of the fillings on the cracker with a teaspoon. Cover with a second cracker. Add some more filling on top of the cracker.
Spread the filling over the surface of the cracker, put about 0.5 teaspoons of red caviar (or a salmon rose) in the center. Put ready-made appetizer on a dish, decorate with herbs.
