  • Tuna, canned in pieces – 320 g
  • Carrots (cut into strips) – 0.5 cups
  • Cherry tomatoes (cut into quarters) – 1 cup
  • Red onion (chopped) – 0.25 cups
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley – 0.25 cups
  • Pita bread or pita bread with a diameter of 20 cm – 6 pcs.

  1. In a small bowl, combine onion, lemon juice, 1/8 teaspoon of salt and pepper, add olive oil, beat with a fork until smooth. Set the gas station aside.
  2. Place beans in a large bowl, mash slightly with a fork. Add tuna, tomatoes, and parsley. Pour the dressing over the salad, stir.
  3. Put the salad on the flat cakes, put the carrots on top, roll-up. Serve the snack rolls immediately.
