Snack Sandwiches with Salmon and Avocado

These snack sandwiches are made with smoked salmon, avocado, tomato, and lettuce.

Ingredients

  • Toast bread (fried) – 12 slices
  • Smoked salmon (cut into slices) – 230 g
  • Avocado (cut into slices) – 2 pcs.
  • Lettuce – 8 leaves
  • Tomato (cut into slices) – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 6 tbsp
  • Canned chili pepper (chopped) – 1 can
  • Worcestershire Sauce – 2 teaspoon
  • Salt

How to make salmon and avocado snack sandwiches:

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped chili, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread this sauce on one side of the toasted bread slices.
  2. On four slices of bread, put half the salmon and avocado, sprinkle the avocado with salt, top with lettuce leaves, and cover with 4 slices of bread.
  3. Put the remaining salmon and avocado on the second layer of bread, sprinkle with salt, top with tomato slices, also sprinkle with salt. Cover the snack sandwiches with the remaining toasted bread slices. Cut each salmon sandwich in half or 4 pieces.
