Snake Cake

In 20 minutes you can make a gorgeous “Snake” New Year’s cake. How do you like it? Do not judge strictly.

Servings: 4
Ingredients
- Factory biscuit roll – 1 pc.
- Sour cream – 200 g
- Soft butter – 50 g
- Condensed milk – 50 g
For decoration: - Coconut flakes green – how much will it take
- Pomegranate seeds – 1 tablespoon l
Directions
- Take a factory roll, cut in half lengthwise. Then cut one piece into half rings. The second part is in segments. Set aside two pieces of roll. Chop finely, add 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of sour cream, mix. Blind the snake’s head and tail from this crumb.
- Put a snake blank from pieces of biscuit on a dish. Spin the snake at your discretion. Stick on the head and tail. Put sour cream, condensed milk, sugar, softened butter in a bowl. Beat well. You can add vanilla. Coat our snake with this mixture. Shake with coconut flakes. Make a tongue and an ornament on the back from pomegranate seeds.
