  • 1 clove (s) garlic, squeezed
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Open the snow peas and remove the peas. Now cut the snow peas lengthways into very fine strips and sauté them in a little clarified butter. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Finally, add a small piece of butter and the clove of garlic and toss briefly.
