Ingredients

  • 400 g low-fat quark
  • 200 g cream
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • some Milk
  • 1 glass sour cherries
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Mix 200 g low-fat quark with 3 tablespoon sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream and fold in. Put the mass aside.
  2. Mix the remaining low-fat quark with 2 tablespoons of sugar (depending on how sweet you like it, more), 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and a little milk to a nice smooth mixture. Put the mass aside.
  3. Drain the cherries and collect the juice. Mix the cornstarch with some cold juice until smooth, bring the remaining juice to the boil and stir in the mixed cornstarch. Bring to the boil while stirring.
  4. Then fold in the cherries and let everything cool down.
  5. Then pour everything into glasses alternately in layers. I finished with a white layer and added a cherry on top. Looks very pretty.
  6. The whole thing is then placed in the refrigerator overnight.
