Instructions

  1. They taste similar to the biscuits that you get with your cappuchino in a cafe. Made from ingredients that you actually always have there.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat (180 ° C hot air).
  3. Beat the butter or margarine with the sugar until frothy. Mix the flour and cornstarch, sieve and fold in. Add a little water to prevent the dough from becoming too crumbly. Shape the dough into small balls and place on the baking sheet, flatten it a little. Bake for about 10 minutes.
  4. Variant:
  5. Spread 2-3 times the amount of dough on the greased tray, cut into strips (approx. 4 cm), bake and cut again.
  6. With a little bit of cinnamon, the biscuits are even suitable for Christmas and colorful plates on Christmas Eve. Also good for family celebrations in addition to cake and Co.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
