Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Butter – 120 Grams
  • Granulated sugar – 150 Grams
  • Wheat flour – 1.5 Glasses

Directions

  1. First you need to break the eggs into a bowl. Add granulated sugar to the eggs. The sugar should dissolve, for this it is better to beat it with eggs using a blender at low speed. But you can get by with a whisk.
  2. Melt the butter in a metal bowl, but do not let it boil. When the butter has cooled slightly, add it to the eggs and sugar. Pour flour to this mass and beat the dough with a blender or a whisk to get a homogeneous, tender consistency.
  3. Heat the waffle iron, then pour the dough into it with a scoop, close and bake. The cooking time depends on the waffle iron model, so check the instructions. Baking usually takes a few minutes.
  4. You can serve waffles with a variety of fillings, sauces, berries and fruits. It can also be ice cream. You can eat them both warm and cold
