  • Potatoes – 200 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Crab sticks – 100 g
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Spices for fish – 1 teaspoon
  • Parsley – 10 g

  1. Let’s prepare all the ingredients for the crab stick soup.

  2. Peel and dice the potatoes. Pour 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan, let it boil, and put the chopped potatoes.
    IMPORTANT: if you have ready-made fish broth, you can cook soup with it.
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a fine grater.
  4. In a frying pan in butter, fry the onions and carrots for 5-7 minutes until soft.
  5. Put the fried vegetables from the pan into the pot with the potatoes. Cook everything together for another 15 minutes.
  6. Cut the crab sticks into cubes.
  7. Put the crab sticks in the soup, add the fish seasoning, salt, black pepper and cook the soup for another 5 minutes.
  8. Chop the parsley finely with a knife. Add the herbs to the soup and remove the soup from the heat.

  9. Serve the finished soup with crab sticks in portions with black bread. Enjoy your meal
