  • Minced pork – 300 g
  • Young potatoes – 200 g
  • Young cabbage – 100 g
  • Carrots – 80 g
  • Onions – 80 g
  • Bread crumbs – 1 tbsp
  • Egg – 0.5 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Water – 1.5 l

  1. Prepare all products according to the list.

Transfer the minced meat to a convenient bowl, add breadcrumbs, add salt and black pepper. Separately, break the egg into a bowl, shake it slightly with a fork and add half the egg to the minced meat. (Use the rest of the egg for another dish if desired.) Mix the minced meat thoroughly with your hands.
  3. Form small meatballs with wet hands.
  4. Peel young potatoes and cut into small cubes.
  5. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes.
  6. Peel the carrots and grate on a medium grater.
  7. Combine potatoes, carrots and onions in a saucepan.
  8. Pour in 1.5 liters of hot water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
  9. Cut the young cabbage into small thin strips.
  10. When the vegetables are ready, place the meatballs in a saucepan.

  11. Then add cabbage, salt and black pepper to taste.
  12. Bring to a boil and cook the soup for another 15 minutes.
