Soup with Tortellini and Spinach

A savoury recipe for real Italian saved tortellini, which opens up a whole new side of Italian cuisine to everyone who uses the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 pc Reach. bow
  • 6 tooth garlic
  • 600 gr canned food. tomatoes or fresh
  • 1 l chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon each dried basil, oregano and paprika
  • bay leaf, salt, black pepper
  • 300 gr tortellini
  • 300 gr spinach
  • grated cheese

Directions

  1. Fry onions, add paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add broth, tomatoes (if fresh tomatoes, peel and simmer for 2 minutes), basil, oregano, bay leaf. Boil.
  3. Reduce heat, add tortellini.
    Cook as indicated on the package.
  4. Add spinach, simmer for a while. When serving, sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
