Soup with Tortellini and Spinach

A savoury recipe for real Italian saved tortellini, which opens up a whole new side of Italian cuisine to everyone who uses the recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 pc Reach. bow
- 6 tooth garlic
- 600 gr canned food. tomatoes or fresh
- 1 l chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon each dried basil, oregano and paprika
- bay leaf, salt, black pepper
- 300 gr tortellini
- 300 gr spinach
- grated cheese
Directions
- Fry onions, add paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Fry for 1 minute.
- Add broth, tomatoes (if fresh tomatoes, peel and simmer for 2 minutes), basil, oregano, bay leaf. Boil.
- Reduce heat, add tortellini.
Cook as indicated on the package. - Add spinach, simmer for a while. When serving, sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
