Soup with Tortellini

Tortellini – Italian dumplings made from unleavened dough with meat, cheese or vegetables. In its shape, tortellini resemble small dumplings, the corners of which are connected to form a ring or a bud.

Ingredients

  • 1 onion,
  • 200-300 g of sauerkraut,
  • 3 small pieces. potatoes,
  • 2 tablespoon tomato juice
  • meat broth (I have beef),
  • greens,
  • about 150 g tortellini.

Directions

  1. In a slow cooker, fry the onion and sauerkraut, “Baking” mode for 40 minutes.
  2. Then we put the cabbage on “stewing”, stew with a spoonful of sugar.
  3. Then put chopped potatoes, tortellini, poured boiling broth and stewed cabbage soup with ears in a slow cooker for 1 hour.
