Ingredients

  • 140 g butter
  • 140 g powdered suar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Fluffy, stirred butter is stirred with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, the 5 egg yolks and the whole egg until frothy. Then add the lemon (juice and zest), cinnamon and a small pinch of clove powder. The flour is mixed with the grated almonds or nuts and the breadcrumbs and alternately folded in with the stiffly beaten egg whites and the 5 egg whites.
