  • g 1,500 sour cherries
  • g 2,000 preservin suar
  • 125 ml rum, brown, 54%

Instructions

  1. Wash the cherries, remove the stems, remove the pits and roughly chop them with a blender.
  2. Mix the cherries with the preserving sugar, bring to the boil while stirring and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the rum into the jam. Make a gel test.
  3. Pour the jam into prepared jars and close them immediately.
