Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 3 cup flour
  • 2 cup / s sugar
  • 0.75 ¾ cup / s oil, (cold-pressed)
  • 1 cup mineral water
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 7 cans mandarin (s)
  • 2 point cake topping
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 cream stiffener
  • 2 cups sour cream

Instructions

  1. Min. Bake 2 days before consumption.
  2. Beat the eggs until frothy, place the flour, sugar, oil, mineral water, and baking powder on a greased tray or a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let cool down.
  3. Drain the juice from the mandarins. Make a cake glaze from ½ l juice. Mix this with the mandarins. Spread on the floor.
  4. Mix the cream, vanilla sugar and cream stiffener, whip until stiff. Stir in the sour cream. Pour over the mandarins. Mix 3 tablespoons of sugar with cinnamon, spread over the cake. (Stays fresh for a long time).
