Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 4 cloves garlic
- salt
- 0.5 ½ lime (s), the juice from it
- Pepper, black

- Mix the sour cream in a bowl until creamy. Then peel and squeeze the garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add the lime juice. Put in a cool place and let steep until ready to eat.
- This dip is ready in no time and is very popular with my grill guests every year.
