Sour Cream Jelly Cake

Perhaps I will repeat myself with this sour cream-jelly dessert, but I just want to show my version of decorating such a jelly cake.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 kg sour cream
  • 1 p. Gelatin (25 g)
  • 1 tablespoon. sugar
  • 1 tablespoon. boiled water
  • 2-3 p. Of different colored jelly (according to your taste)
  • 30 g chocolate for decoration

Cooking sour cream jelly cake:

Directions

  1. Beat the sour cream with sugar or icing sugar and vanilla.
  2. Pour a pack of gelatin with boiled cold water. Leave to swell for 30 minutes. Then dissolve over the fire without letting it boil.
  3. Then add the dissolved gelatin to the sour cream, mix well.
  4. Pre-cooked colored jelly according to the recipe on a pack, cut into squares, and add to the sour cream mixed with gelatin.
  5. Pour all this joy into the cake pan.
  6. Allow to harden and before serving, remove the jelly from the mold, slightly warming it on a steam bath.
  7. Pour the melted chocolate you love over the jelly and decorate the sour cream jelly cake with bees made from white chocolate and honey.
