Sour Cream Jelly with Condensed Milk and Banana

Do you want to please your family with a delicious and aromatic dessert? Make sour cream jelly with condensed milk and banana. Sour cream with a slight sourness harmonizes perfectly with sweet condensed milk and fragrant banana. Dessert can be prepared for any holiday, sweet table, or homemade tea.

Ingredients
- Sour cream 25% – 450 g
- Boiled condensed milk – 100 g
- Banana – 100 g (1 pc.)
- Powdered sugar – 40 g
- Instant gelatin – 15 g
- Chocolate for decoration – 10 g
- Hot water – 80 ml
Directions
- Pour gelatin with hot water. Stir with a spoon until it is completely dissolved.
- Pour the sour cream into a convenient deep bowl. Add condensed milk.
- Pour in the powdered sugar.
- Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Add the banana to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
- Arm yourself with a hand blender and beat the contents of the bowl until smooth. If there is no blender, you can grate the banana on a fine grater, and then mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour the gelatinous solution into the sour cream. Punch the mixture again with a hand blender until smooth.
- Choose serving glasses or bowls for serving dessert. I used 3 bowls. Pour the sour cream into the prepared dish. Send it to the refrigerator until it hardens completely, about 1.5-2 hours.
- Sour cream jelly with condensed milk and banana is ready. Decorate the jelly with grated chocolate and invite everyone for a tasting.
