Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream (10%)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • 3 teaspoons cranberries, canned
  • 1 dash sweetener
  • 0.5 ½ pack herbs for salad, mixed (frozen)
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic, pressed
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), finely diced
  • 1 pinch (s) sea salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 dash vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and season with the spices.
  2. I mostly use a mixture of balsamic vinegar and normal white wine vinegar. This has even become my partner`s favorite salad dressing, who finds low-fat abhorrent. We use the dressing for mixed salad, lamb`s lettuce and normal leaf salad.
  3. Tip: We are happy to add roasted grains and lean ham cubes baked crispy in the microwave. You can also add a splash of white wine or a few drops of Maggi to the salad dressing (but that`s not for everyone).
