Ingredients

  • 200 g sour milk
  • 160 g crème fraîche
  • 40 g suar
  • 100 g pineapple, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon almond (s)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 splash lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Mix the sour milk, crème fraîche and sugar until creamy.
  2. Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and cut the flesh into small pieces. Chop the almonds if necessary. Caramelize with sugar, lime juice and water in an uncoated pan. Let cool down.
  3. First pour the cream, then the pineapple and almond mixture into glasses.
