Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 0.75 liter ¾ meat broth
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 4 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 200 g sausae, (huntin sausae)

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces, dice the onions. Boil meat broth.
  2. Now fry the butter and the onion in a saucepan, add the flour and make a roux out of it. Now gradually pour in the hot broth and stir until smooth. Add the potato pieces to the stock and cook until they are firm to the bite.
  3. Cut the hunting sausage into cubes and fry in a pan, cut the pickled cucumbers into small pieces. You can also add more or less pickled cucumbers and hunting sausage, if you like.
  4. Finally, add the diced sausage, the pickled cucumbers and the vinegar to the broth.
  5. Let the sour potato pieces stand for a day, then they are really pulled through.
