Instructions

  1. First put the chickweed and water in the blender. Since mine can`t get it completely small, I rub the pulp through a sieve, then add the dead nettle leaves and mix until it looks relatively homogeneous.
  2. Then add the remaining ingredients. When the berries are frozen, you still have a pleasant freshness, otherwise the banana can also be frozen.
  3. If you don`t have the herbs at hand, you can of course use groundweed, nettles or just 2 glasses of fresh spinach.
  4. The smoothie can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, but of course it is tastiest fresh.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
