• 250 g sausae (huntin sausae)
• 250 g pickled cucumber (s)
• 350 g tomato (s)
• 1 large onion (s)
• 5 tablespoon olive oil
• 5 tablespoon cucumber liquid
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Dice the sausage, pickles and tomatoes, finely dice the onion. Season everything with salt and pepper. Add the olive oil and the cucumber water and mix everything well. Let it soak for at least 1 hour.
