Ingredients

  • 6 pairs sausages, fine
  • 2 pairs sausages (Viennese sausages)
  • 5 juniper berries
  • 3 carnation (s)
  • 25 peppercorns
  • 2 liters water
  • 125 ml vinegar
  • 10 onion (s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Celery salt
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 cubes broth

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, prepare the stock with water, vinegar and all the spices listed and simmer a little.
  2. In the meantime, peel the onions and garlic and cut into thin slices. Then add to the stock and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Turn down the heat, add the sausages and the wieners to the stock and let them cook or warm up.
