Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g bean sprouts
  • 1 point glass noodles
  • 2 tablespoon stock, grained
  • 0.5 ½ bottle soy sauce
  • 0.25 ¼ bottle tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek (very hot)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s) or chives
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • vinegar
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken in 2 liters of lightly salted water until cooked. Soak the glass noodles in cold water when they are soft, drain and cut into small pieces. Fry the minced meat in a little oil with pepper and salt. Remove the cooked chicken from the broth and cut into small pieces.
  2. Stir the granulated broth, soy sauce, ketchup and 1-2 teaspoons of sambal oelek into the chicken broth and season with sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. The soup must taste sweet, sour and spicy and look dark. If it`s too light, add more soy sauce and ketchup.
  3. Add the minced meat, chicken and glass noodles to the soup. Roughly grate the carrots and chop the spring onions, add both. Bring to the boil again briefly and season to taste.
