Ingredients

  • 1 slice bread (s), large, (sourdough bread)
  • some apple slices, thinly sliced
  • some camembert (s), thinly cut
  • some paprika powder, noble sweet, as desired
  • some chives, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the camembert in the freezer for one to two hours so that you can grate it into wafer-thin slices with the slice grater.
  2. Preheat the oven, only top heat and the highest temperature.
  3. Place a slice of farmer`s bread (sourdough bread) on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Core the apple, grate wafer-thin apple slices with a grater and place them on the farmer`s bread.
  5. Grate the frozen, firm Camembert into wafer-thin slices with the slice grater and cover the apple slices with it.
  6. The whole thing is then baked briefly at the top in the oven, the cheese should only melt slightly and not get dark. Sprinkle with a little paprika if you like.
  7. A leaf salad with pumpkin seed oil goes very well with this.
