South American Cuisine: Ceviche

This is an excellent dish for a romantic dinner or a festive table – light, hearty, tasty, and beautiful.

Ingredients

  • Tuna 200 grams
  • Soy sauce 10 milliliters
  • Coconut milk 10 milliliters
  • Like 2 milliliters
  • Ginger 2 grams
  • Asparagus 20 grams
  • The claws of the komchat crab 40 grams
  • Cilantro 2 grams

Directions

  1. Use a blender to combine soy sauce, coconut milk, lime juice, and ginger root. Pour it onto a plate.
  2. Top with chopped raw tuna fillet (frozen).
  3. Slightly simmer the asparagus and Kim chat crab claws, finely chop and place on the tuna fillet. Chop the cilantro and sprinkle over the dish, ready to serve.
