  • 3 kiwi (s)
  • 2 apples
  • 1 handful walnuts or macadamia nuts
  • 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 300 g yourt (vanilla)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the fruit, add the coconut, drizzle with the maple syrup and let stand for 10 minutes, then chop the nuts in your hand and carefully fold in with the yoghurt. The longer the fruit salad stands before serving, the more liquid the sauce will be, so it may be necessary to put it in a cool place.
