Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl, add buttermilk and butter and stir well. Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl, add the liquid and stir only briefly until everything is mixed. Bake in a square cake pan for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees. Let cool a little and cut into squares.
