Ingredients

  • 150 g soy, diced
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 750 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 peppers, colored, your choice
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, green, pickled, drained
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Pepper, whiter
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • possibly sauce thickener as required
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill

Instructions

  1. Soak the soy cubes in hot vegetable stock for about 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, clean or peel the vegetables. Cut the peppers and zucchini into strips and dice the onions.
  3. Now drain the soy cubes, collecting the vegetable stock. Then fry the cubes in hot oil until golden brown. Add onions, peppers and zucchini and fry briefly. Deglaze with the collected vegetable stock and cream. Then add the drained green pepper and season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut the herbs into small pieces and add to the goulash.
  4. We also have whole grain rice or noodles.
