Ingredients

  • 500 g meat (yros)
  • 150 g spaetzle
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 medium tomato (s)
  • 1 point cheese (Gouda), grated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Fry the gyros for about 4 minutes. Cook the spaetzle for about 5 minutes and then mix together with the gyros in a greased casserole dish.
  2. Mix the sour cream, sour cream and sweet cream together and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the gyros and spaetzle mixture and mix again.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into slices, spread them on the casserole and sprinkle with the Gouda cheese.
  4. Cook in the oven at 180 ° C for about 30-40 minutes.
