Ingredients

  • 250 g spaetzle
  • 5 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 large beefsteak tomato (s), diced
  • 200 g smoked pork, diced
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cook, drain and drain the spaetzle according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Mix in a bowl with vinegar and oil and let steep for 30 minutes.
  3. Cut the spring onion into rings and add to the spaetzle with the tomato cubes and the smoked ham. Fold in the garlic and then season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
