Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • some broth, instant
  • 3 leeks
  • 4 medium onion (s)
  • 4 pts. Processed cheese, 2 cream, 2 herbs
  • 2 point spaetzle
  • sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaetzle according to the instructions.
  2. Season the minced meat well with salt and pepper, cut the onions into small pieces and fry with the minced meat until the minced meat is cooked through. Now mix approx. 500 ml of water with a little broth and pour over the minced meat. Wash the leek sticks, cut them into rings and add them. Cook on a low flame for about 30 minutes. Then add the processed cheese, stir well and add a little sugar to taste.
  3. Pour the sauce over the spaetzle.
