Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 0.18 liters water
  • salt
  • Salt water
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g ham
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 4 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. For the spaetzle dough, mix the flour, eggs, water and salt into a dough. Let rest for about 30 minutes. Scrape in plenty of salted water with the spaetzle slicer, bring to the boil briefly and drain.
  2. Chop the onion and the garlic clove and sauté briefly in 1 tablespoon of oil. Cut the ham into small cubes and add. Cut the zucchini into sticks and add them as well. Steam everything briefly.
  3. Pour some water on and add the sour cream. Now mix in the spaetzle and season with salt, pepper and parsley.
