  • 250 g pasta, e.., Spahetti
  • 200 g beef fillet (s)
  • 200 g scampi
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. In the morning or the day before, peel the garlic cloves, cut in half and mix with the olive oil. Close the bottle or jar tightly, otherwise there will be a bad smell of garlic in the kitchen.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Cook in a small part of the prepared olive oil. Just before the pasta is done cooking, add both the beef fillet cut into strips and the scampi to the mushrooms. Season to taste, e.g., with a little chili. Add about a ladle of pasta water to keep everything nice and juicy.
  4. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce in the saucepan. If you like, add the rest of the olive oil and season to taste.
