Ingredients

  • 8 large shrimp (s)
  • 300 g spahetti, dried (ensure ood quality!)
  • 6 clove (s) garlic
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 125 ml olive oil, good
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), dried
  • Parmesan, freshly grated
  • Sea salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the shells and intestines from the shrimp. Cut the garlic into very fine slices.
  2. Mix the garlic with the oil and a little salt and add the chilli pepper. Marinate the prawns in it for about 8 hours, turning occasionally if they are not completely covered. Chop the parsley.
  3. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until it is firm to the bite. Add the chilli pepper from the marinade to the water.
  4. Meanwhile, remove the prawns from the marinade, making sure that no more garlic sticks, but that they are still oiled. Be sure to keep the marinade!
  5. Fry the prawns briefly on both sides in a large pan over a low heat without any additional fat. Add the marinade and about 3 tablespoons of the pasta water. Drain the spaghetti, add to the pan, mix everything well and let it steep a little longer.
  6. Arrange on plates, sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan and parsley and season with pepper and sea salt.
