Ingredients

  • 250 g spahetti
  • 600 g tomato (s), ripe firm
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 100 g bacon, streaky
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until they are al dente.
  2. Remove the stalk from the tomatoes. Dip the tomatoes briefly in boiling water and rinse in cold water. Then you can easily peel off the skin. Cut the pulp into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop finely. Also cut the bacon into fine cubes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the onion and bacon cubes in it. Peel and squeeze the garlic. Halve the chilli, remove the core, cut into strips and add. Put the tomato cubes in the pan and simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Drain the pasta, add to the sauce and mix well. Divide the pasta on plates and serve with parmesan.
