Boiled spaghetti and hard cheese serve as an excellent addition to an omelet, making a regular breakfast more satisfying and interesting. An omelet with macaroni and cheese is prepared very quickly and easily – in a pan.

Ingredients
Pasta (spaghetti) – 70 g
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Hard cheese – 60 g
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil (for frying) – 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
Directions
Essential products. Spaghetti for such an omelet can be boiled in advance or you can use pasta that remained after cooking other dishes.
Pour about 2 liters of water into a saucepan, add 1-2 pinches of salt, put on the heat, and bring to a boil. Put spaghetti in boiling water and boil for about 7-10 minutes, until the pasta is soft.
We put the finished spaghetti in a colander to glass the water.
Break the eggs into a bowl.
Add some salt to the eggs (since the cheese is salty, try not to oversalt) and stir them with a whisk or fork.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and spread the spaghetti. Heat the spaghetti, stirring slightly, for 1 minute.
Then spaghetti with grated cheese.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
Reduce heat, cover the pan with a lid, and fry the omelet for about 5 minutes, until the eggs set.
Then turn the spaghetti and cheese omelet to the other side and fry for about 1 minute.
An omelet with macaroni and cheese is ready to serve. If desired, you can supplement it with fresh vegetables and herbs.
