“Bolognese” is a classic sauce for spaghetti and other pasta, which consists of ground beef, tomatoes and spices. Add basil, celery, Parmesan, onions to it. Just yummy!

Ingredients
Ground beef – 500 Grams
Tomatoes in their own juice – 600 Grams
Tomatoes – 5 Pieces
Celery (branches) – 1-2 Pieces
Onion – 1 Piece
Salt – To taste
Ground black pepper – To taste
Cream – 5 Tbsp. spoons (12 percent)
Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Grated Parmesan cheese – 2-4 Art. spoons
Basil (leaves) – 2-4 Pieces
Directions
Peel and cut the onion into small cubes.
Fry the onions in olive oil, stirring occasionally, until soft.
Add tomatoes and chopped celery sticks with leaves to the onion. Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Add cream to the sauce, salt and pepper. Stir.
Fry the minced meat in another skillet in olive oil.
Grill the ground beef, stirring occasionally, until tender.
Add the sauce to the minced meat.
Chop fresh tomatoes, stalk and add to the meat as well.
Stir and simmer until the tomatoes are soft.
Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package. Toss the pasta with the sauce.
Serve the spaghetti Bolognese in portions, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
